Bulgarian state institutions — the Commercial Register, the National Revenue Agency (NAP), banks and notaries — accept documents in Bulgarian only. A foreign document without a properly certified translation will not be accepted, and an error in the spelling of a name or a company name makes the document invalid.

Legalisation, start to finish
A translation into Bulgarian is not always enough on its own. Depending on where the document is submitted, it may need an apostille, notarial certification of the translator’s signature, or legalisation of the translation by the Ministry of Justice. We provide all of these services.
