2. What data we collect
Through the contact form — your name, contact details (phone or email) and the message you write. You provide this information voluntarily.
Automatically when the form is submitted — your IP address and the time of submission. Used solely to protect the site from automated submissions.
Through web analytics — anonymised information about your visit: pages viewed, time spent, device type, country. Your IP address is anonymised before it reaches our statistics, and we do not record on-screen activity.
We do not collect data about your financial situation, health, political or religious beliefs, or any other special categories of personal data through this website.
3. Why and on what legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and discuss possible cooperation — based on your request and steps taken prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
To protect the site from spam, keep it running and maintain visitor statistics — based on our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Processing of client data under a signed accounting services agreement is governed by a separate agreement. This policy neither replaces nor describes it.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries submitted through the form — 12 months from the date of our last correspondence, if no contract is concluded during that period. Technical anti-spam records — 30 days. Web analytics data is kept in anonymised form.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data may be processed by our technical providers: the bot protection service Cloudflare. For card payments, processing is carried out by the payment operator Borica — card details are entered on their side and never reach us.
Our web analytics system runs on the company’s own servers within the European Union; visitor data is not shared with third parties and does not leave the EU. The website is likewise hosted on the company’s own servers.
6. Cookies
Public pages of the site use one technical cookie, pll_language, which remembers your chosen language for 12 months. The analytics system sets its own cookies to count visits; the data collected through them is anonymised.
7. Your rights
You have the right to obtain a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@buh.bg — we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have infringed your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP): 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, cpdp.bg.
