1. Service Provider
The buh.bg website is operated by:
HIGH STAR EOOD („ХАЙ СТАР“ ЕООД)
UIC: 205446186
VAT number: BG205446186
Address: 3 Industrialna Street, 5th floor, 8001 Burgas, Bulgaria
Telephone: +359 56 800 009
Email: info@buh.bg
The company is referred to below as the “Provider”.
2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of buh.bg, enquiries submitted through the website and payments for services supplied by the Provider.
The Provider offers accounting services, tax consulting, assistance with company registration and related administrative services.
The specific scope, deadline, price and performance conditions of each service are determined by an individual quotation, contract, order or invoice. If these General Terms and Conditions conflict with an individually signed contract, the individual contract takes precedence.
3. Information on the Website
Information published on buh.bg is provided for general information unless expressly stated otherwise.
The published materials do not constitute individual accounting, tax or legal advice. Decisions concerning a particular case should be made only after the relevant documents and circumstances have been reviewed.
The Provider takes reasonable care to keep the website’s information accurate and current. Legislation, regulatory requirements and administrative practices may nevertheless change.
4. Requesting a Service
A visitor may submit an enquiry through the contact form, by email or by telephone.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a contract and does not oblige the Provider to accept the proposed engagement.
A service contract is concluded after the Provider expressly confirms the engagement and the client accepts the specific conditions stated in a contract, quotation, order or another durable medium.
The client must provide accurate, complete and current information and all documents required to perform the service.
5. Prices
The price of a service is stated on the website, in an individual quotation, contract or invoice.
Where a price is described as starting from a particular amount, the final price is determined according to the type and volume of the service, the number of documents and employees, VAT registration and other relevant circumstances.
VAT is added where applicable unless the published price is expressly stated to include VAT.
Before placing an order, the client receives information about the final price or the method by which it will be calculated.
6. Payment Methods
Services may be paid for by bank transfer, by bank card through the BORICA payment system, or by another method expressly agreed with the Provider.
Payments through buh.bg are made against an issued invoice.
When paying by bank card, the client is redirected to a secure payment page. Card details are entered and processed by the payment operator and are not stored by buh.bg.
Payments are made in euros unless the contract or invoice states otherwise. The client must enter the relevant invoice number so that the payment can be correctly identified.
7. Payment Confirmation
Successful submission of a payment instruction does not necessarily mean that the payment has been finally accepted.
A payment is considered completed after successful confirmation has been received from the payment operator and the amount has been recorded by the Provider.
If a transaction fails or is interrupted, the client may try again or contact the Provider at info@buh.bg.
In the event of a duplicate, incorrect or unidentified payment, the client should provide their details, the payment date and amount, and the invoice number.
8. Performance of the Service
Performance begins after the contract has been concluded, the required documents have been supplied and the agreed payment has been made, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Any stated performance period begins after all required documents and information have been received from the client.
The Provider is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information, missing documents, actions of public authorities, banks or registers, or other circumstances beyond the Provider’s reasonable control.
Where the client’s assistance is required, the performance period may be extended by the period during which that assistance was not provided.
9. Withdrawal, Termination and Refunds
The conditions governing withdrawal, termination and refunds are published on the separate “Withdrawal from a Service and Refunds” page, which forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
Where the client qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, the client retains the rights granted by the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
Special rules concerning payment for work already performed may apply where the client requested performance to begin before the statutory withdrawal period expired.
10. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the information and documents supplied.
The client must promptly notify the Provider of any change that may affect performance of the service.
The website, payment form and communication channels must not be used for unlawful purposes, distribution of harmful content or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Provider’s Liability
The Provider is responsible for properly performing expressly requested and accepted services in accordance with applicable law and the agreed conditions.
The Provider is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general information published on the website without obtaining individual advice.
Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Intellectual Property
The texts, graphic elements, structure and other original content of buh.bg are protected by applicable intellectual-property legislation.
The materials may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without the prior permission of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
13. Personal Data and Cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
Information about technologies used to store or access information on a visitor’s device is provided in the Cookie Policy.
For card payments, payment data is processed by the relevant payment operator under its own terms and privacy policy.
14. Complaints and Objections
Questions, complaints and objections may be submitted by email to info@buh.bg, by telephone at +359 56 800 009, or by post to 3 Industrialna Street, 5th floor, 8001 Burgas, Bulgaria.
To facilitate review, the client should provide their name or company name, contact details, the relevant contract or invoice number and a description of the matter.
The Provider reviews the request and replies within a reasonable period, taking into account its complexity and applicable legal requirements.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation and voluntary settlement.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, it will be referred to the competent Bulgarian court or another competent authority in accordance with applicable law.
Consumers may also seek assistance from the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission.
16. Amendments
The Provider may update these General Terms and Conditions following changes to its services, payment methods or applicable law.
The current version is published on this page together with the date of its latest update. Amendments do not affect rights and obligations arising before they take effect unless the law or an express agreement provides otherwise.
