We keep your books in 1C:Accounting 8.5 and give you access to that same database. Not an export, not a copy — the working database, exactly as your accountant sees it. You can not only view it but enter documents yourself, if you want to take on part of the work.

- Every document with the scanned original attached — invoice, delivery note, bank statement sit inside the document record itself. Four ways to connect
- Web interface. Log in through a browser, nothing to install. Computer, tablet, phone, from any country. The simplest option and the one most clients choose.
- Remote desktop (RDP). The full 1C application on our server — you work with it as if it were installed on your own machine.
- Thin client. 1C is installed on your machine and connects to our database. Faster than the web interface when document volumes are high.
- Distributed database. Your own copy of the database, working offline and synchronising with ours. For businesses with an in-house accountant or a warehouse on site.
The web interface is included in your service. Remote desktop, thin client and the distributed database require a separate 1C licence — we will pick the right one and quote it for your scenario.
Your data stays in Bulgaria
The databases run on our own servers in Bulgaria — not in a cloud outside the EU, and not on an accountant’s laptop. Access is by personal login, the connection is encrypted, backups run automatically.
